OUR COMPENSATION OPTIONS

We have two plans for seasoned REALTORS® working on their own:

1. Split Plan

• $325 per month admin fee
• 80/20 Split to a cap of $20,000
• $300 per end after that

Monthly franchise fees apply and all fees are +HST

2. 100% Plan*

• $3,000 per month
• No deal fee

Monthly franchise fees apply and all fees are +HST

* To qualify for this plan the REALTOR® must have done at least $120,000 in gross commissions in the previous year, with our company or any other company.
