One of the first steps in helping you make the decision to sell your home is to determine how much is your home worth
In order to give you an accurate analysis of the value of your home, an in-person consultation may be required. We do this part of the consultation adhering to all of the NS Health protocols to limit any concerns you might have
Once the in-person consultation is complete, the rest we can do using technology
We will send you the completed Property Market Analysis and schedule a time to review it with you via Zoom or FaceTime
We will also make recommendations to you on how to get your home ready to sell

We can do initial consultations with you via Zoom or FaceTime to determine what you are looking for in a home, areas of the city, price, your timeframes, etc
If you are interested in particular properties, we can do a preview of the property taking video that we can pass along to your or we can FaceTime you while at the property for a virtual walk-thru
Once you have decided on a property and want to make an offer, then we will continue to consult with you on the process through various electronic methods
