Lyndsay Hart is amazing at what she does
My name is Julie Rivers, and I am a sailor in the Royal Canadian Navy. As you can imagine, I move around the country every few years, meaning that I have lived in a lot of different places. I have always rented my living accommodations and never found the need to purchase my own home. Unfortunately, in March of this year,my landlord decided to sell the house that I was renting. This would be the second time in my 20+ years renting that I have had this happen, prompting me to make the decision to purchase a home and provide better stability for my family's needs.
We stumbled upon Lyndsay while looking at some listings online that we were interested in viewing. We already had another realtor that came recommended and when reaching out, the other realtor took too long to respond (about 3 weeks), while Lyndsay responded almost immediately, when we reached out to request a viewing.
On our first meeting to view our first potential home, we knew that Lyndsay was the realtor that we wanted to work with. She is kind, and listens to what you say and takes the time to get to know you as a person so that she can hone in on your and your family's needs. After that first meeting she set us up with an online account so that we could view listings that were tailored to our family's needs and desires, and she stayed within our budget range.
Knowing that we were first time home buyers, Lyndsay also took the time to teach us what to look for during viewings, and provided us with several tips that assisted us in deciding whether or not to make an offer on the homes we were viewing. Lyndsay is honest to a fault and will never try to conceal any deficiencies with a home in order to make her commission. In other words, she will not sell you a home to your detriment as her end goal is to help you find a home that you can afford, that you will be comfortable in. She will give you her honest opinion on a home and help you find the correct solution including whether or not you should make an offer and at what range based on her experience in the industry. Lyndsay is very responsive and has always answered any questions that we had, and served as a guide to us during the process all the way through closing.
All this to say; Lyndsay Hart is amazing at what she does and there aren't words to properly express the gratitude I have for her services. The Most Knowledgeable, Efficient and Conscientious Agent
Lyndsay and Jim and I began our real estate adventure in April 2023 and we just now closed a deal in Halifax (November, 2023). This process would not have happened had we not had Lyndsay on our team. She really is the most knowledgable, efficient and conscientious agent with whom we have ever worked. Our communication through texting was sometimes fast and furious and Lyndsay always replied within the hour, with accurate answers and research done.

I knew I was Going to Find My Perfect Home with Lyndsay
Recently, I was given Lyndsay's name and number to help me look for my forever home.
We started with a phone call and I knew that I was going to find my perfect home with Lyndsay. I gave her the list of the things I was looking for in a home, things that I would like to have and the things I did not want to have. Then I sent her listings of some places i liked for her to see the kind of home, layout and style I was looking for.
Within that first day, Lyndsay called me and arranged viewings of these homes. Although they were nice, they just weren't me, nice on paper but I wanted that feeling when you walk in, and know this is my home. Then, on a Sunday, Lyndsay called me and asked me to take a look at a certain listing. My neighbour recently had three or four real estate agents take a look at a property he was thinking about selling. I asked him which agent he recommended and he said "call Lyndsay Hart". So I did. We met (adhering to all COVID protocols), Lyndsay clearly explained the process and answered all my questions. She took pictures of the lot I wanted to sell and had it listed quickly.

Lyndsay Went Above and Beyond
I am delighted to write this letter of recommendation for Lyndsay Hart who helped me facilitate my migration from Ontario to Nova Scotia. I was having difficulty finding an agent in my target area of Annapolis Royal, despite many Google searches. You miss one key work and you don't get the hits.
