There is lots of preventive maintenance performed. Owners have a vote on all significant undertakings related to the property. • A convenient parking spot is assigned to the condo. Parking on the street, more or less right across from the front door, is usually available. Guest parking is available on request. • The two bushes just outside our front door are a lilac and a buttercup magnolia. Very pleasing in their seasons. • There is a pleasant, quiet backyard, with gardening areas. • The fuel tank is brand new; the back doors are brand new; the back door steps are brand new; the dishwasher is brand new; the hot water tank is brand new; the kitchen was totally renovated a few years ago; and the bathroom was totally renovated at the same time.
