Access to the 5 acre lot is by a gated driveway. Recent improvments include new ditching & drainage as well as a new gate. The area is abundant with wildlife; the river is located across the road from the lot with easy access just a hop & skip down the road. There are numerous trails throught the area and it is a popular spot for ATVs, hiking, and hunting. Camp comes furnished and includes a 3 burner propane stove.
