Beautiful off grid cabin on Lake Charlotte! **Please note this a BOAT/ATV access ONLY property. ** If you are looking for a cozy (4 Season) cabin to enjoy this fall and winter, this place is for you!! This 600 square foot chalet style cabin has 1 bedroom on the main floor, and can sleep 4 people in the cozy 200 square foot loft overlooking Nor’West Cove, one of the sought after coves on Lake Charlotte. There is an indoor bathroom with a compost toilet that can be used all year. The cabin runs off solar power and has a back up generator. The kitchen has a propane stove, solar fridge and running water! One of the favourites of this cabin is the large front covered deck with a large overhang which is perfect for outside entertaining or enjoying your morning coffee while listening to the rain on the tin roof or gazing at the shimmering lake. The main source of heat is a gravity fed oil stove. There is an option for a wood stove as well, as there’s lots of wood on the property to heat your place for winters to come. Summers are also spectacular here with lots of water sports and beautiful sunset cruises to enjoy on this 9 mile long lake. Many upgrades have been done this past year, including finished ceiling, loft and downstairs bedroom. 45min ATV run from Webber’s store and 5-10 min by boat from public boat launch. Endless ATV trails, good hunting and fishing in the Spring.
