From this location, you can snowmobile or ATV to more than 15 local lakes. Live off-grid year round or just during the summer - it's your choice. This is a beautiful slice of heaven on a government maintained road leading to a pair of camps, each with their own bathroom, showers and septic holding tanks. You could even live in one and rent out the other camp. On the opposite side of the road, a small wind turbine connects back to the off grid power system, while the building it's housed in is also a lakeshore boathouse. The wind turbine, solar panels and generator connection ensure a reliable off grid power supply. The camp closest to the lake has a propane fridge and stove, with propane delivery service. The second camp is roughly 20 years old, and has a battery bank tied into a solar panel as well as propane for cooking. Both camps obtain their primary heat from woodstoves. The newer camp has a large loft for sleeping, while the smaller camp has a finished bedroom and a second room that could be finished to form a second bedroom. There's a 9'x12' deck overlooking the lake, and while neighbours are close enough to lend a hand, they respect your privacy. The drinking water stems from a fresh mountain spring and is reliable year round. The lake is stocked annually with trout. canoe and paddles are included. No internet on site, but Starlink and Xplornet are both available.
