The lot is divided by Sand Cove Road with the waterfront having enough space to build on, and the off-water lot a great spot to explore and hike. Offering 200 feet of lakefront on Tupper Lake with south westerly views so you can enjoy sunsets depending on your cottage placement. Power is already by the lots, currently not a year round road, but year round residents are not far. Tupper Lake is a hidden gem and not highly developed like some of the other larger lakes. There is a wet area at the front left side of the lot but lots of high and dry space where you would want to build. Ideally a higher vehicle for access, at least this time of year.
