We’ve absolutely loved calling this place home. This 3 bedroom, 2 and half bath home is in a wonderful neighborhood in Clayton Park with friendly neighbors and a real sense of community. The main level has a powder room, an inviting open kitchen with breakfast bar and eat in dining space with French doors leading to the spacious living room with lots of natural light, ductless heat pump, reading nook, and electric fireplace, a great space for entertaining. Enjoy some outdoor space with patio doors from the living room to an outside deck. The upstairs has a primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite, 2 additional bedrooms, and the main bathroom. Close to amenities including shopping, the Canada Games Centre, Keshen Goodman Library, and the BMO Soccer Centre. Plus, with bus routes nearby and access to the 102, getting around is super easy. This home has been a special place for us, and we hope the next owners love it as much as we have!
