The Making of Halifax Regional Municipality's Real Estate Mobile Office

Constant and never ending improvement. That’s my Team’s mantra. We’re always looking for new ways to better serve our clients, and make the buying and selling process smoother and simpler. That’s why I decided to take a 16ft camper trailer and convert it into HRM’s first ever Real Estate Mobile Office, or what I like to call REMO.

I first came up with the idea for a mobile real estate office 25 years ago. Back then, the only “trailers” had a bed smack dab in the middle of them and they were marketed based on that, and it just never seemed appropriate to bring people into that environment for a business reason. 

My discovery of the INTech line of RV’s, particularly the Sol Dawn 16 ft trailer, made all the difference in the world, it offers more of an office environment with room to seat up to 6 people around the “table” and there’s no visible bed. Exactly what I was looking for.

After spending weeks finalizing the design for the exterior graphics, our friends at Creative Curve, a local marketing agency here in Halifax, applied the decals and REMO was ready to hit the road!

We were able to take it out a bit at the end of last Summer, but this will be our first full Summer with REMO completed. I’m really looking forward to being able to meet with my clients anywhere, anytime.
