You have probably seen in the Media that the sky is falling in Real Estate, but before you panic, remember this very important word, “PERSPECTIVE”.
The Media primarily reports on Toronto & Vancouver, the “Centres of the Universe, and yes, the market has slowed in certain segments in HRM, but there are still not enough homes on the market to satisfy demand, and there are still multiple offers happening!
With rising rates, it means that perhaps you can’t buy as much house as before, but the market is constantly in a state of flux, up or down or just in between.
Our needs change, babies get born, people get married, and people split up, people pass away, or the kids move out, or move back in.
