Wine & Cheese Tasting Session at Obladee
Last Christmas our Team was gifted a Wine & Cheese Tasting Session at Obladee, a wine bar in Downtown Halifax. We tasted four wines, each paired with a different kind of cheese. Our host taught us how to tap into our senses of sight, smell and taste to fully experience each of the four pairings. It was such a fun time; we all got to try something new and we learned a lot about the world of wine!
